I don't start with the website.
I start with the business.
I'm Katalin Pazmány. Before anything gets designed or built, I look at how the business actually operates — who it's trying to reach, how customers experience it, where information moves, where work gets stuck, and what technology should exist behind the product. I bring a finance background to every engagement, so the business case comes first, and I'm complementing that with a Data Science & AI degree at the University of Liverpool for the technical grounding to match. I design and build end to end — interface, backend, and the systems that connect them — so there's no handoff gap between what's designed and what ships.

Every business has a different personality, a different audience, different goals, different workflows, different problems, and different systems running underneath. I work closely with each client throughout the process — not to hand off a template, but to make sure the result actually reflects the business, and that we stay aligned from first idea to final launch.
